Civil Works
Our supports and expansion joints for bridges comply with all the engineer’s technical specifications; they are manufactured in a virtually infinite number of forms, always complying with the required standards in all cases; likewise, they can be produced in several types of rubbers to ensure their operation in any type of installation.
Agriculture
We manufacture a wide range of NR sponge rubber profiles and plates, which due to their high adaptation to the different shapes, where they will be housed, and their high resistance against breakage. They also permit basic applications, above all in the grape harvest campaign, to prevent grape must leaks in their transfers, among numerous other uses.
Industrial Maintenance
These types of applications use a large amount of rollers with all types of hardness and densities in rubber and polyurethane formats. An almost infinite number of closed cell EPDM profiles and plates are used to achieve excellent water tightness, for example in the locks for metal cabinets. This market is so extensive that we manufacture a practically endless number of shapes and products.
Naval sector
We design natural rubber (NR) sponge profiles and also with the lining on the neoprene (NR) rubber profiles, for 3 or 4 faces in order to provide resistance to the marine environment in the boat hatches. We also manufacture large-scale bumpers to prevent the ship hulls from being damaged in the mooring manoeuvres in the ports.
Manufacturing Industry
We manufacture a wide variety of rubber and polyurethane rollers for labelling machinery, package transport machinery and all types of product transfer machinery. Wide ranges of finishes are also applied for the packaging and transport of the products to the final customer.
Primary Equipment and Machinery Industry
We supply conveyor belts to transport the raw materials from one site to another in the factory. As well as an extensive range of custom-made parts in all types of rubbers and polyurethanes with different hardness and densities.
