REJ G type expansion joints are designed to absorb large structural movements, being the ideal solution for infrastructures subject to significant expansion, such as long bridges, overpasses and platforms exposed to strong thermal variations or dynamic loads.

Unlike standard REJ joints, this version is optimized for much wider displacement ranges, from ±50 mm to ±165 mm. The available models—REJ-100, REJ-160, REJ-230, and REJ-330—stand out for their load-bearing capacity, strength, and dimensional stability.

These joints incorporate a robust design with reinforced metal components, highly durable sealing elastomers, and anchoring systems with tightening torques ranging from 120 to 200 Nm. The transition width (P) and leveling height (Q) are greater than those of the medium series, reaching values ​​of up to 150 mm and 250 mm, respectively.

Thanks to these characteristics, REJ-G joints ensure perfect integration with the tread layers, absorb vibrations, and withstand extreme traffic and weather conditions. They also allow for efficient installation with M-18, M-20, or M-24 anchoring systems, depending on the model, and comply with the most demanding European standards.
