MAS Series 500 and 900 mm Joints
The MAS Series is comprised of high-movement-capacity modular joints designed for infrastructure subject to high levels of load, thermal expansion, and continuous traffic. These joints effectively absorb longitudinal displacements in structures such as bridges, viaducts, and elevated highways.
The available models—MAS-320, MAS-400, MAS-480, MAS-560, and MAS-640—cover a range of movements from ±160 mm to ±320 mm. Their modular design ensures precise and secure installation, adaptable to different platform widths and structural load requirements.
Made with high-strength materials and robust anchoring systems, these seals integrate non-slip surfaces, side protection, and internal absorption chambers to improve mechanical performance and durability under extreme conditions.
The technical diagram shows a section layout A-A, B-B, and C-C, highlighting the module’s assembly, mounting dimensions, and integration into the dashboard. Furthermore, the upper section is textured to optimize vehicle grip and reduce noise under dynamic loads.
